On April 20, you can participate in a hands-on baking workshop with Mother Dough and flours from the Stupinigi Flour Mill.
How it works? The class starts at 2 p.m. and while the bread rises, Panacea reveals the secrets of bread making. At the end of the course you will go home with your freshly baked loaf and a jar of sourdough to make it again at home.
