On October 19, you can participate in a hands-on baking workshop with Mother Dough and flours from the Stupinigi Flour Mill.
How it works? The class starts at 2.30 p.m. and while the bread rises, Panacea reveals the secrets of bread making. At the end of the course you will go home with your freshly baked loaf and a jar of sourdough to make it again at home.
