Tommaso Melilli is a chef and writer. He lived ten years in Paris, where he worked for a long time in various neighborhood bistros. He is the author of the book I conti con l'oste. Return to the Land of Checked Tablecloths (Einaudi, 2020). He writes in “Il Venerdì di Repubblica,” “L'Integrale” and other magazines. Since 2023 he has been chef patron of Trattoria della Gloria, in Milan.
