At Café Santa Barbara, masterclass with free tasting together with the Associazione Produttori dei Colli Astiani reserved for Turin Wine Fair ticket holders.
⟡ Discovering the different nuances of Barbera through the tasting of 6 different expressions of this extraordinary red grape variety, produced within the Colli Astiani subzone.
The association was created with the aim of promoting Barbera d'Asti Superiore Colli Astiani DOCG, the flagship product of the wineries in this area. In addition, wines from other appellations representative of the Colli Astiani terroir are also protected, where in addition to Barbera, the undisputed queen of our wines, we also find interesting interpretations of many local grape varieties, such as Freisa, Grignolino, Dolcetto and Nebbiolo, as well as international varieties, such as Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay.
Wines:
- “Omnium,” Ezio Tartaglino (White wine made from Barbera grapes);
- Piedmont Barbera DOC, Piero Prasso;
