On Friday, September 27, RatFest is back at Combo Torino with a special guest: Daniele Baldelli.

⟡ If there was a time to think about a new way of disco, then you have to think about Cosmic, where Baldelli generated all his experimentation with every genre of music. For his passion, technical research and pioneering solutions he is the forerunner of Italian dee-jays, considered abroad one of the most representative. His career began in 1969 as a “metti disco,” a time when there were no mixers and speed adjustments on the cymbals and when an uncommon manual dexterity was required.
Milestones can be summarized by mentioning Tana Club (69), Taboo Club (70/76), Baia degli Angeli (77 / 78), Cosmic (79/84), Baia Imperiale (86 / 89), Fura (96 / 2000).
