⟡ Talk with Luca Cena - founder of White Lands Rare Books.

He was born in 1985 and lived his childhood savoring the atmosphere of bookstores being his parents already antiquarian booksellers. In 2010, after graduating from law school, he began his journey in the family antiquarian bookstore. Working side by side with his parents was an extraordinary and formative experience, but the desire to create something different grew more and more inside Luca until, in 2019 and after 9 years of practice and experience, together with his mom Elsie he opened the doors of his antiquarian bookstore in Turin, White Lands Rare Books, a place where rarity and book curiosity come together in a unique experience. But her passion is not limited to books. He collects strange objects for his Wunderkammer, feeding his curiosity and fascinating those who cross the threshold of the bookstore. For Luca, old books are more than just objects: they are a portal connecting past, present and future. Each page is a drawer from which he can draw lessons to build his way into the future.
