⟡ Poncili is a mysterious artistic collective from Puerto Rico that has developed a unique way of performing, ignoring any limits to their sense of expression: land art theater, dance, poetry, giant masks, street performance and puppet theater. The term “Chaotic Tranquility” has been used to describe their performances. Live music is an intrinsic component, often coming from unorthodox instruments and their own bodies. Playing with color and size, the props and puppets for their performances are carved from clay or constructed from recycled materials.
